Return Eligibility:

Returned products must be unused, in new condition, and retain the original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items:

Return Process:

- Ship the return item back to our warehouse. Please ensure the item is in good condition and securely packed during transit.
- After the return is reviewed, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping Fees:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- If you paid via credit card, the refund will be processed back to your credit card account.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you with the exchange process. Please note that stock availability may affect the exchange timeline.
Damaged or Defective Items
